Refund Policy – RizeX Labs
At RizeX Labs, we are committed to maintaining transparency and delivering high-quality training services. This Refund Policy defines the terms under which refunds may be granted.
By enrolling in any of our courses or services, you agree to this policy.
1. No Refund Policy
- All payments made to RizeX Labs are strictly non-refundable
- Once a candidate enrolls in any course, no refund request will be entertained under normal circumstances
2. Limited Refund Eligibility
A refund request may be considered only if:
- A cancellation request is raised within 12 hours of payment, AND
- The user has not been assigned to any batch, AND
- The admission form confirmation email has not been sent, AND
- No access to any service (including communication, onboarding, or course-related updates) has been provided
If any of the above conditions are fulfilled (even partially), the user will not be eligible for a refund.
3. Strict Non-Refundable Conditions
Refunds will not be provided under any of the following situations:
- Change of mind after enrollment
- Failure to attend classes
- Personal, professional, or scheduling conflicts
- Delay in joining the batch
- Dissatisfaction without valid service-related issues
- Once batch is assigned or admission is confirmed
- Once any official communication regarding course onboarding is shared
4. Course Access & Service Delivery
- RizeX Labs considers the service as initiated once:
- Batch is assigned, OR
- Admission confirmation email is sent, OR
- Any onboarding communication is shared
- After service initiation, no refund will be applicable under any circumstances
5. Batch Transfers / Rescheduling
- Batch transfer requests may be allowed based on availability
- Requests must be raised in advance and are subject to approval
- This facility is provided as a support option, not as a substitute for refunds
6. Cancellation by RizeX Labs
If RizeX Labs cancels a course or batch due to unavoidable circumstances:
- Users may be offered:
- Enrollment in an alternative batch, OR
- A refund, at the company’s discretion
7. Refund Processing
- Approved refunds (if any) will be processed within 7–10 working days
- The amount will be credited via the original payment method
8. Payment & Transaction Charges
- Any applicable payment gateway or transaction charges may be deducted from the refund amount
9. Misuse & Policy Enforcement
- Any attempt to misuse the refund policy, including false claims, will lead to immediate rejection
- RizeX Labs reserves the right to suspend or terminate access in such cases
10. Policy Updates
RizeX Labs reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice.
