RIZEX LABS LLP is an independent professional training institute. We are not affiliated with, authorised by, sponsored by, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected with Salesforce, Inc., ServiceNow, Inc., or any other technology vendor, unless a specific partnership is expressly stated on this website.
Our courses are independently designed and delivered. They are not official vendor curricula, and completing them does not confer any vendor status, badge, or credential.
2. Third-party trademarks
Salesforce, the Salesforce logo, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Experience Cloud, Health Cloud, Data Cloud, Agentforce, Apex, Lightning Web Components, OmniStudio, and Trailhead are trademarks or registered trademarks of Salesforce, Inc.

- Their display indicates that one or more RizeX Labs learners have, at some point, been employed by or interviewed with that organisation, or that the organisation forms part of the broader hiring ecosystem in which our learners compete.
- It does not indicate any partnership, tie-up, recruitment agreement, sponsorship, endorsement, or commercial relationship between that organisation and RIZEX LABS LLP.
- It does not constitute any representation that the organisation is currently hiring, will consider RizeX Labs learners, or has any obligation toward them.

4. Placement assistance is not a job guarantee
RizeX Labs does not guarantee employment, interview calls, or any particular salary. We provide placement assistance — a support service — and nothing on this website should be read as a promise of a job.
Placement assistance may include resume building, profile optimisation, mock interviews, job alerts, and referrals to organisations in our network. Eligibility depends on course completion, internal assessment performance, and good standing under our Terms.
Hiring decisions rest solely with the employer and depend on your skills, communication, academic and employment background, background verification, location flexibility, and market conditions at the time.
5. How our statistics are calculated
Figures shown on this website, including learner counts, average salary, highest salary, hiring-partner counts, and ratings, are compiled from our internal records and learner-reported data. You should read them as follows:
- Active students — cumulative learners enrolled across all programs since inception, not a current batch size
- Hiring partners — organisations in our extended recruitment network, including those where past learners have been placed. Not an exclusive or contractual arrangement
- Average salary — average of packages voluntarily reported by placed learners in the stated period, not an average across all enrolled learners
- Highest salary — the single highest package reported by a learner. It is an outlier, not a typical or expected outcome
- Rating — aggregate of learner feedback collected across our review channels
These figures are historical, self-reported, and indicative. They are not projections, and they carry no assurance that you will achieve a comparable outcome. Individual results vary widely.
6. Testimonials and success stories
Testimonials, reviews, and success stories published on this website reflect the individual experiences of specific learners who have consented to their publication. They are not representative of every learner’s experience and are not a guarantee or prediction of your results.
Learners are not paid for testimonials. Where any consideration has been provided, this will be disclosed alongside the testimonial.
7. Vendor certification exams
- RizeX Labs provides preparation and guidance for vendor certification exams. We do not conduct, administer, or issue vendor certifications.
- Certification exams are conducted by Salesforce, ServiceNow, or their authorised testing partners, under their own rules, fees, and scheduling.
- Exam fees are not included in our course fees unless expressly stated in writing.
- We do not guarantee that you will clear any certification exam. Exam formats, syllabi, and pass criteria are set by the vendor and may change without notice.
- Any certificate issued by RizeX Labs is a Certificate of Completion of our training program. It is not a vendor credential.
8. Course content and vendor platform changes
Our curriculum covers rapidly evolving cloud platforms. Vendors release updates several times a year and may change, rename, restrict, or withdraw features, developer orgs, trial instances, and free tiers at any time. We update our content on a reasonable-efforts basis, but we do not warrant that all material is current with the latest vendor release at every moment.
Practice environments used during training are provided by the vendor under the vendor’s terms. We are not responsible for their availability, limits, or expiry.
9. No professional advice
Content on this website and in our courses, including blogs, videos, and career guidance, is provided for general educational and informational purposes. It does not constitute professional, legal, financial, immigration, or career advice, and should not be relied on as such. You should obtain independent professional advice before making any career, financial, or migration decision.
10. No earnings or outcome representation
