Placement Policy – RizeX Labs
At RizeX Labs, we provide structured placement assistance to help students transition into professional roles. This policy outlines the rules, responsibilities, and conditions for availing placement support.
By enrolling in our programs, you agree to comply with the following placement guidelines.
1. Placement Assistance Scope
- RizeX Labs provides placement assistance, not job guarantees
- Opportunities may be shared across Pan India or remote roles, based on company requirements
- Placement support includes:
- Resume building
- Mock interviews
- Job referrals
- Interview scheduling
2. Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for placement assistance, candidates must:
- Maintain a minimum of 80% attendance
- Actively participate in all mock interviews and placement-related activities
- Complete and submit all mini projects and assignments via email to trainers/mentors
- Be present in mandatory sessions including:
- Resume building sessions
- Naukri profile building sessions
- All placement-related training sessions
Failure to meet any of the above criteria may result in disqualification from placement assistance.
3. Preparation Plan Compliance
- If a preparation plan (calendar) is shared by RizeX Labs mentors, it must be strictly followed
- No excuses will be accepted regarding preparation timelines
- Students are expected to stay aligned with the defined roadmap
4. Mock Interview Feedback Compliance
- Students will receive mock interview feedback via email
- It is mandatory to work on the feedback and show improvement
- Failure to follow feedback may result in loss of placement assistance
5. Interview Process & Conduct
- Candidates must attend all scheduled interviews
- Professional behavior is mandatory
- Missing multiple interview opportunities without valid reason may lead to suspension
Unprofessional conduct may result in permanent removal from placement support.
6. Job Opportunity Participation
- Candidates must actively apply to opportunities shared
- Lack of response or inactivity may lead to suspension of placement assistance
7. Selection & Placement Confirmation
- Once a candidate receives an offer letter, they are considered placed
- The candidate must respond within the given timeline and complete joining formalities
8. Withdrawal & Misrepresentation
- Any false information in resume or interviews will lead to disqualification
- Withdrawal after selection without valid reason may result in termination of placement support
9. Placement Support Duration
- Placement assistance is provided for a limited period of 9 months after course completion
- Extension, if any, will be at the discretion of RizeX Labs
10. No Guarantee Disclaimer
- RizeX Labs does not guarantee job placement
- Final selection depends on:
- Candidate performance
- Market conditions
- Employer requirements
11. Policy Enforcement
- RizeX Labs reserves the right to:
- Suspend or terminate placement assistance
- Modify placement processes and rules
