Success story

From Support Engineer to Salesforce Developer — ₹4 LPA to ₹13 LPA

My background was in Mechanical Engineering, and I never imagined I could transition into Salesforce Development. The right guidance, structured learning, and hands-on experience helped me make that transition and build a completely new career in IT.

Four journeys, start to finish

01 Salesforce Support Engineer → Salesforce Developer

From ₹4 LPA Support Engineer to ₹13 LPA Salesforce Developer

Mahindra P.

Mahindra came from a small town near Visakhapatnam and completed his Mechanical Engineering degree.

Like many graduates, he started his career in a support role. He was working as a Support Engineer with a salary of ₹4 LPA, but he wanted to move into a development-focused career.

He discovered Salesforce and decided to take the risk of starting something new. Instead of simply learning Salesforce theoretically, he focused on hands-on development, real-world projects, Apex, SOQL, LWC, and interview preparation.

The transition wasn't immediate. There were challenges, interview rejections, and moments of self-doubt. But he continued.

Eventually, Mahindra successfully transitioned from Support Engineering to Salesforce Development. Today, he is working as a Salesforce Developer with a leading Bank GCC, earning ₹13 LPA.

02 Salesforce IT Support → Salesforce Developer

He didn't change his degree. He changed his skills.

Rahul S.

Rahul started his career in IT Support. He was already working in the IT industry, but most of his day-to-day work involved support activities. He wanted to move into a more technical and development-oriented role.

The biggest challenge was simple: how do you switch careers when you already have a job and responsibilities?

Rahul started learning Salesforce alongside his work. He began with Salesforce fundamentals and gradually moved into Apex, SOQL, Lightning Web Components, automation, integrations, and real-world projects.

Instead of trying to learn everything at once, he followed a structured approach: learn, practice, build, apply, interview.

After building sufficient confidence and project experience, Rahul started applying for Salesforce roles. His efforts paid off. He successfully moved from an IT Support role into Salesforce Development and began building a career around Salesforce.

03 ServiceNow Technical Support → ServiceNow Developer

From Technical Support to ServiceNow Development

Akash R.

Akash started his IT career in Technical Support. He had experience working with users, troubleshooting issues, and handling support tickets. But after spending time in support, he wanted to move towards a role where he could build solutions instead of only resolving problems.

That's when he discovered ServiceNow. He started learning the platform from the fundamentals: ITSM, administration, scripting, workflows and integrations.

Initially, ServiceNow looked completely new to him. He had to understand both the platform and the development concepts behind it.

With consistent practice, Akash started building applications and working on real-world scenarios involving Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, Client Scripts, Business Rules, Script Includes, GlideAjax, and integrations.

His support experience eventually became an advantage. He already understood how IT support teams work. Now he could automate and build solutions for those same business processes. He successfully transitioned into a ServiceNow Developer role.

04 ServiceNow Non-ServiceNow IT role → ServiceNow Developer

She didn't have ServiceNow experience. She started anyway.

Sneha M.

Sneha was already working in IT but had no professional ServiceNow experience. She wanted to move into a technology with strong enterprise adoption, but she wasn't sure whether she could make the transition without previous ServiceNow project experience.

She decided to start from the basics. Her learning journey began with understanding what ServiceNow is, then ITSM, tables and the data model, administration, scripting, development and integrations.

The biggest change came when she stopped treating ServiceNow as just another certification. She started building.

She created applications, implemented business scenarios, practised scripting, and worked with Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Script Includes, GlideAjax, REST integrations and ServiceNow development concepts.

Gradually, her confidence improved. She began attending interviews with actual implementation experience rather than simply theoretical knowledge. That helped her successfully transition into a ServiceNow Developer role.

How these outcomes actually happen

None of it is luck, and none of it is a guarantee. It is a structured programme, a real project, interview practice, and a network of companies that already hire our people.

  • Fundamentals to advanced, in a fixed order
  • An industry-style project you can defend in an interview
  • Resume, LinkedIn and Naukri profiles built with you
  • Mock interviews, then profile marketing to our network
