Is placement support included in the course fee?

Basic placement assistance is included in every training program at no extra cost — resume building, Naukri profile building, job alerts, and three mock interviews with feedback. The Premium Placement Program is separate.

What is the Income Share Agreement?

An ISA means you pay the premium placement support fee only after you secure a job. Until then, you pay nothing for it. The exact terms are explained in full before you sign anything.

Do you guarantee a job?

No, and you should be careful with anyone who does. What we commit to is the preparation, the interview opportunities through our 250+ hiring partners, and support that continues until you are placed.

How many interview opportunities will I get?

It depends on your profile, your track and the market at the time. Learners on the Premium program get profile marketing to the partner network and a dedicated placement manager coordinating those opportunities.

What is the RizeX Bench Program?

A structured holding program for Premium learners who have finished training and are actively interviewing — continued practice, domain sessions and project work so your skills stay sharp while you search.

Can I upgrade to Premium later?

Yes. Many learners start with the included assistance and move up once they see where they need more structure. Talk to the team and they will tell you honestly whether it is worth it for your situation.

Do you help with salary negotiation?

On the Premium program, yes — HR interview guidance and salary negotiation guidance are both included. It is one of the places where the program pays for itself.

Is placement support available for self-paced learners?

Self-paced programs are delivered through the LMS and do not include the placement programs by default. Talk to the team about what is possible for your track.
