For every learner RizeX Labs places into a job, the Foundation plants a tree. Over 300 trees planted so far, and the number only moves when someone actually starts work — which is the point.

Why a tree, and why per placement
Pledges that count enrolments reward marketing. Pledges that count placements reward the thing we are actually here to do. So the Foundation's commitment is tied to the one event that matters to a learner and to us at the same time: they start a job. When that happens, a tree is planted against that placement. It is a small thing measured against the climate, and we are not going to pretend otherwise. It is not small measured against the habit of making a promise you never have to count.

A learner gets placed
They complete the programme, clear interviews and start a job. The employer decides, not us.

One tree, logged against that placement, through the Foundation.

Tied to the placement record, so it can be checked rather than claimed.

Native, locally appropriate species planted through partners who maintain them, rather than a photograph on planting day.

The count is driven by placements. It cannot be inflated by a marketing push.
