What we give back, stated plainly
Two commitments we actually keep: free live training that anyone can attend, and a tree planted for every learner we place.

Free live masterclasses
Ninety-minute sessions with our trainers, open to anyone, with no payment and no card details. Most of our masterclasses are free by default.
Free career guidance
A counselling call that tells people honestly which track fits — including when the answer is that we are not right for them.
A tree per placement
Through the RizeX Foundation, one tree is planted for every learner we place. The number grows only when someone gets a job.
Why access, specifically
Most of our learners are not from an IT background, and a large share are the first in their family to work in tech. The barrier is rarely ability — it is knowing what the work is and whether the route in is real. Free masterclasses and honest counselling remove that barrier at no cost to anyone.

How the tree pledge works
Tied to an outcome, so it cannot be inflated.

The count moves only when someone actually starts a job, not when they enrol.
