About Course
Master ServiceNow Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) through a practical, implementation-focused training program designed to help you understand how organizations manage policies, controls, risks, compliance requirements, assessments, and remediation within ServiceNow.
The course starts with the fundamentals of GRC, Entity Framework, and Scoping, then progresses into Policy and Compliance Management, Controls, Control Objectives, Policy Exceptions, and Control Lifecycle Management. You will also learn how to practically implement policies, configure indicator templates and indicators, manage issues, assign remediation tasks, and perform issue triage.
The program then moves into Risk Management, covering risk frameworks, risk identification, risk lifecycle, advanced risk assessments, scheduled assessments, risk metrics, and risk events. You will also understand how Risk Event Integration can be used to connect risk-related events with the broader GRC process.
