These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the website rizexlabs.com, our learning platforms, and all training programs, masterclasses, and corporate services provided by RIZEX LABS LLP (“RizeX Labs”, “we”, “us”). By browsing this website, submitting an enquiry, or enrolling in any program, you accept these Terms in full.

Please read them before you pay. If you do not agree with any part, do not enrol.

1. Definitions

• Learner / you — any person who enrols in a RizeX Labs program or creates an account on our platforms.
• Program — any training course, masterclass, workshop, bootcamp, or corporate training delivered by us, whether online, offline, or self-paced.
• Platforms — our video learning platform at app.gradxacademy.in and our student portal at portal.rizexlabs.com, both owned and operated by RIZEX LABS LLP, together with any successor systems.
• Course material — recorded sessions, notes, slides, code repositories, assignments, project files, and any other content we make available.
• Batch — a scheduled cohort with a defined start date and delivery schedule.

2. Acceptance of these Terms

By accessing our website or services, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, our Refund & Cancellation Policy, and our Disclaimer. Together these form the complete agreement between you and RIZEX LABS LLP.

3. Eligibility

Our programs are offered only to individuals aged 18 years or above. By enrolling, you confirm that you are at least 18 and legally competent to enter into a contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. We do not knowingly enrol minors or collect their personal data. If we discover that a learner is under 18, we may terminate the enrolment.

You also confirm that all information you provide at enrolment — name, contact details, education, and work history — is accurate and complete.

4. Services we offer

RizeX Labs provides professional training and consulting services, including:

• Salesforce Administration, Development, and Integration
• Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC)
• Salesforce DevOps
• Agentforce and Salesforce GenAI
• ServiceNow Administration, Development, ITSM, CMDB, HRSD, and Now Assist
• Data Cloud and AI
• Masterclasses, webinars, and workshops
• Corporate and enterprise training
• Career mentorship, resume building, mock interviews, and placement assistance

Curriculum, trainers, schedules, delivery mode, and platform tooling may be revised at any time to keep pace with vendor product changes and industry practice. We will not reduce the substantive scope of a program you have already paid for without offering you a reasonable alternative.

5. Enrolment and admission

• Enrolment is confirmed only once full payment (or the agreed first instalment) is received and an admission confirmation email has been issued by us.
• Seats are limited and allotted on a first-come, first-served basis.
• We reserve the right to decline or cancel any enrolment at our discretion, in which case any amount paid will be refunded in full.
• Your enrolment is personal to you and cannot be transferred, sold, or assigned to another person.

6. Fees and payment

• All fees are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. GST will be charged as per prevailing law.
• Course fees must be paid in full before course material and batch access are released, unless an instalment plan has been agreed in writing.
• Payments are processed through third-party payment gateways including Razorpay, PayGlocal, and Easebuzz. We do not store your card, UPI, or banking credentials.
• Where an instalment plan is agreed, failure to pay an instalment by its due date may result in suspension of access until the dues are cleared.
• Fees, discounts, and offers are subject to change. A change in price does not entitle an already-enrolled learner to a refund or top-up of the difference.
• Any third-party certification exam fees, cloud subscriptions, or software licences are not included in our course fees unless expressly stated.

7. Refunds and cancellations

All fees paid to RIZEX LABS LLP are non-refundable except as expressly provided in our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Refund eligibility, timelines, and processing are governed solely by that policy, available at rizexlabs.com/refund-policy.

In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and the Refund & Cancellation Policy, the Refund & Cancellation Policy shall prevail.

8. Course access and what “lifetime access” means

Where a program is advertised as offering lifetime access, that term refers to the operational lifetime of the relevant program on our platforms, and not to the lifetime of any individual. It is defined as follows:

• We guarantee a minimum of 18 months of access to recorded sessions and course material, counted from your batch end date.
• Beyond 18 months, access continues for as long as we continue to host and maintain that program, at no additional cost to you.
• If we decide to retire a program or migrate platforms, we will give you at least 30 days’ written notice by email before access is withdrawn, so that you can download any material you wish to retain.
• Downloadable material — notes, slides, code repositories, and project files — is yours to keep permanently once downloaded, subject to clause 12.

Access may be suspended without notice if you breach clause 11 or clause 12, including sharing your login credentials or redistributing course material. Suspension for breach does not entitle you to a refund.

9. Batch transfer and rescheduling

• Batch transfer requests are considered on a case-by-case basis and are subject to seat availability in the requested batch.
• Requests must be made in writing to connect@rizexlabs.com before the requested transfer date. Approval is at our sole discretion.
• A transfer, if approved, may attract an administrative fee, which will be communicated to you before the transfer is processed.
• Batch transfer is offered as a support option. It is not a substitute for, and does not create any entitlement to, a refund.

10. Attendance, assessments, and completion certificate

• RizeX Labs issues its own Certificate of Completion. It is separate from, and is not a substitute for, any vendor certification issued by Salesforce, ServiceNow, or any other organisation.
• A Certificate of Completion is issued only where you have met the minimum attendance requirement communicated for your batch and have submitted the required assignments or capstone project.
• We may withhold a certificate where attendance, assessment, or conduct requirements have not been met.
• Recordings of live sessions are provided as a revision aid. Availability of a recording does not reduce the attendance requirement.

11. Learner code of conduct

While using our services you agree not to:

• Share, resell, sublicense, or publish course material, recordings, or assessments in any form
• Share your platform login credentials with any other person, or allow another person to attend sessions in your place
• Record, screen-capture, or livestream any live session without our prior written permission
• Behave abusively, discriminatorily, or disruptively toward trainers, staff, or other learners, in class or in any associated group or forum
• Misrepresent your qualifications, experience, or identity to us or to any employer we introduce you to
• Use our name, logo, or hiring-partner relationships to make claims on your own behalf without permission
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to, disrupt, or reverse-engineer our website or platforms

Breach of this clause may result in immediate suspension or termination of access without refund, and we reserve the right to pursue any further remedy available in law.

12. Intellectual property

All course material, curricula, recordings, assignments, project scenarios, documentation, branding, and website content are the intellectual property of RIZEX LABS LLP or its licensors, and are protected under the Copyright Act, 1957 and other applicable laws.

On payment, you receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the material for your own learning. You acquire no ownership rights. You may not copy, distribute, upload, resell, or create derivative works from the material, and you may not use it to deliver training to any third party, whether paid or free.

We actively monitor for unauthorised distribution and will pursue takedowns and legal action where necessary.

13. Certification and placement assistance

RizeX Labs does not guarantee employment, interview calls, or any particular salary outcome. Placement assistance is a support service, not a promise of a job.

• Placement assistance may include resume building, LinkedIn and job-portal profile optimisation, mock interviews, job alerts, and referrals to companies in our network, subject to your eligibility and their requirements.
• Hiring decisions rest entirely with the employer. Outcomes depend on your performance, skills, communication, background verification, and prevailing market conditions.
• Salary figures, placement counts, and hiring-partner numbers shown on our website are historical and indicative. See our Disclaimer for how these are calculated.
• Placement assistance is available only to learners who have completed the program, cleared internal assessments, and remained in good standing under clause 11.
• We do not charge any separate placement fee, and we will never ask you to pay a company for a job offer. Report any such demand to us immediately.

14. Third-party platforms and links

Delivery of our programs relies on third-party services, including video conferencing tools, communication tools such as WhatsApp, and vendor environments such as Salesforce and ServiceNow developer orgs and trial instances. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

We are not responsible for the availability, content, or practices of any third-party website or service, including any interruption caused by a vendor changing or withdrawing free developer access.

15. Trademarks and no affiliation

Salesforce, ServiceNow, Agentforce, and all other product and company names, logos, and marks referenced on our website are the property of their respective owners. Their use is for identification and descriptive purposes only and does not imply any affiliation, partnership, sponsorship, or endorsement. Full details are set out in our Disclaimer.

16. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the total aggregate liability of RIZEX LABS LLP, its partners, employees, and trainers, arising out of or in connection with your enrolment or use of our services, shall not exceed the total fees actually paid by you for the program giving rise to the claim.

We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special losses, including loss of employment, loss of earnings, loss of business or opportunity, or loss of data.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under Indian law, including liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or gross negligence.

17. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold RIZEX LABS LLP harmless against any claim, loss, or expense arising from your breach of these Terms, your infringement of any third-party right, or your misuse of our course material or platforms.

18. Force majeure

We shall not be liable for any delay or failure in delivering our services caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, epidemics, government action, civil unrest, strikes, power failures, internet or hosting outages, or failure of third-party platforms. Where such an event occurs, we will make reasonable efforts to reschedule affected sessions.

19. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms, misuse the platforms, fail to pay dues, engage in fraudulent activity, or behave in a manner that harms other learners or our staff. Termination for cause does not entitle you to a refund. Clauses 12, 16, 17, 20, and 23 survive termination.

20. Privacy and data protection

Your personal data is collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. By enrolling, you consent to the processing described in that policy, including sharing your profile with prospective employers as part of placement assistance. You may withdraw consent at any time as set out in the Privacy Policy.

21. Grievance redressal

If you have a complaint about any aspect of our services, write to our Grievance Officer with your name, batch, and a description of the issue. We aim to acknowledge every complaint within 48 hours and resolve it within 15 working days.

22. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The revised version takes effect when posted on this page, and the “last updated” date will change. Where a change materially affects learners already enrolled, we will notify them by email. Continued use of our services after a change constitutes acceptance.

23. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably through discussion between the parties within 30 days of written notice. Failing that, the courts at Pune, Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

24. Severability and waiver

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full effect. Our failure to enforce any provision does not amount to a waiver of that provision.
